Returns and Refund Policy

Every purchase at MyOutdoorGear.net is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise must be unused and in all original packaging. If the merchandise is used and/or not returned in original packaging the return will be subject to a restocking fee. In addition, shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return freight.

Non-Returnable items include: Quantity Discounts, Large Orders, or Close-out Items.

All items with Free Shipping that are returned will be charged for outgoing freight as well as return freight. Returns must be received before a replacement item is sent. You may, however, place a second order for the replacement item and we will give a refund upon receiving your return.

Return Instructions:

  • To return an item, please contact us for an RA number (Return Authorization). Please Note: Products returned without an RA number will be refused. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time on all product returns.
  • To process your request for an RA number, we will need Your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reason for Return.
  • The returned item must include the original product packaging, warranty information, owners manuals, instruction books and all parts. Be sure to package the return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the package, but please Do Not write on the product boxes.
  • Any items returned without an RA number, original packaging, owner's manual, warranty information or in non-useable condition may void your 30-day money-back guarantee and the product will be returned to you. This includes defective items. In addition, MyOutdoorGear.net is not responsible for lost or damaged packages you return.

To Cancel Your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your name and order number will be required for us to cancel your order. Please Note: You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you cancel your order after it has been shipped.

We have a policy to maintain the privacy and security of our customers and their personal information. We do not and will not sell, release or give away our customers information. This includes name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information.

We only use personal information from our customers to complete the transaction and to verify the validity of the purchase and associated credit card charges being made. We may, from time to time, use customer information for marketing purposes to notify customers of special sales or promotions.
